Role Responsibilities

As a Lead Educator, your key responsibilities will include:

  • Overseeing the growth and development of preschool-aged children
  • Creating engaging, thematic learning experiences that stimulate children's natural curiosity and support their developmental milestones
  • Designing and executing inquiry-based educational activities tailored to individual children's needs
  • Interacting with children through positive reinforcement, nurturing care, and dynamic play
  • Maintaining open communication with families regarding their children's progress and achievements
  • Ensuring a safe and healthy environment by closely monitoring children and adhering to established safety protocols

Ideal Candidate Profile

  • A passion for working with young children and a belief in their limitless potential
  • A commitment to providing high-quality child care that is accessible to all families
  • 3-5 years of experience in a leadership role within early childhood education
  • A degree in Early Childhood Education or a related field, or actively pursuing such a degree
  • A focus on building trusting relationships with children, families, and colleagues
  • Current or willingness to obtain CPR and First Aid certification
