• Patient Care: Provide exceptional customer service to patients, ensuring their comfort and satisfaction throughout their visit.
• Technical Skills: Utilize advanced equipment to perform diagnostic tests, including dilation, refraction, pressures, and visual fields.
• Medical Records: Accurately record patient data, medical history, and current medications in the electronic medical record.
• Communication: Effectively communicate with patients, ophthalmologists, and other healthcare professionals to ensure seamless care.

• Education: High school diploma or equivalent, with one year of related experience and/or training.
• Skills: Reliable transportation, ability to work overtime, and a strong desire to gain industry knowledge and training.
