About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and fashion-forward Luxury Sales Professional to join our team at Neiman Marcus Group Careers. As a Sales Associate, you will be responsible for cultivating relationships with clients through exceptional customer service and personal engagement.

Key Responsibilities
  • Maintain a customer-centric mentality and demonstrate expert styling and brand knowledge.
  • Utilize selling tools and digital store technology to sell and achieve personal sales, client conversion, and wardrobing goals.
  • Strategize own business to increase individual productivity through wardrobing, successful outreach, and technology usage.
  • Create a positive work environment through collaboration and utilize digital tools and social media to connect with clients and guide intentional traffic.
Requirements
  • Motivated with an ability to set and achieve sales goals.
  • Experienced with technology and has experience selling to clients using digital tools.
  • Styling, fashion, and fashion retail experience.
  • Commission sales experience.
  • High School Diploma / equivalency required.
  • A flexible work schedule.
