About the Role:

We are seeking a skilled Registered Nurse to join our dialysis team at DaVita. As a Registered Nurse, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality patient care and supporting our clinical teams.

Responsibilities:

  • Supervise and perform direct patient care, including vital sign monitoring, dialysis initiation and termination, and documentation.
  • Provide dialysis therapy, formulating dialysis plans, verifying safety measures, and administering medications.
  • Analyze patient assessments, laboratory data, and communicate concerns to physicians.
  • Assess patient and family learning readiness and provide information on renal disease and dialysis treatment.

Requirements:

  • Associates Degree in Nursing (A.D.N) from an accredited school of nursing.
  • Experience in ICU, CCU, ER, or Med Surg is preferred.
  • Certified Nephrology Nurse (CNN) or Certified Dialysis Nurse (CDN) is a plus.
