Key Responsibilities- Perform routine mechanical and electrical maintenance on plant equipment, including CNC machines, boilers, auto claves, HVAC systems, general lighting, air compressors, hydraulic systems, and overhead bridge cranes.
- Conduct troubleshooting and repair of equipment to minimize downtime and ensure optimal production levels.
- Collaborate with the maintenance team to prioritize and schedule maintenance activities, ensuring that all tasks are completed efficiently and effectively.
- Develop and implement maintenance schedules to prevent equipment failures and reduce maintenance costs.
- Perform other duties as assigned by the maintenance team leader.
- High School diploma or equivalent and 4-6 years of experience working in the manufacturing/production industry as a maintenance technician.
- Experience with basic electrical and mechanical knowledge, as well as computer, math, analytical, and planning skills.
- Licensed Journeyman or Master Electrician preferred.
- Millwright mechanic with industrial automation experience preferred.
- Basic reading, writing, and arithmetic skills required.
- Experience with 3-phase and single-phase power distribution systems, motor controls, wiring, and troubleshooting.
- Working knowledge of HVAC maintenance.
- Positive individual with a willingness to expand current skill set through schooling and training.
- Strong interpersonal communication skills with the ability to work with others at all levels of the organization.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
- Ability to multitask and prioritize.
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.

Salary Range$49,900 - $83,100
The above salary range represents a general guideline; however, Northrop Grumman considers a number of factors when determining base salary offers such as the scope and responsibilities of the position and the candidate's experience, education, skills, and current market conditions.
Employees may be eligible for a discretionary bonus in addition to base pay. Annual bonuses are designed to reward individual contributions as well as allow employees to share in company results. Employees in Vice President or Director positions may be eligible for Long Term Incentives.
In addition, Northrop Grumman provides a variety of benefits including health insurance coverage, life and disability insurance, savings plan, Company-paid holidays, and paid time off (PTO) for vacation and/or personal business.
