We are seeking a Certified Nursing Assistant to join our team at a Critical Access Hospital in Montana. The ideal candidate will have a valid C.N.A license for Montana and be able to work a variety of shifts, including weekends.

Job Summary:

This is a Certified Nursing Assistant position that will work in a Long Term Care setting. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing high-quality patient care and working collaboratively with the healthcare team to achieve optimal patient outcomes.

Responsibilities:
  • Provide direct patient care, including bathing, dressing, and feeding patients
  • Assist patients with daily living activities, such as toileting and ambulation
  • Monitor patients' vital signs and report any changes to the healthcare team
  • Participate in the development and implementation of patient care plans
  • Collaborate with the healthcare team to ensure seamless care transitions
Requirements:
  • Valid C.N.A license for Montana
  • Ability to work a variety of shifts, including weekends
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work collaboratively as part of a healthcare team
