Role Summary:

  • Contribute to the enhancement of Apps Associates' strategy for the life sciences sector, shaping the narrative and approach directed at the life sciences community, including Oracle's sales teams.
  • Achieve a utilization target of 50% by engaging in hands-on work within life sciences projects or other Oracle Cloud/EBS applications, fulfilling either functional or project management roles.
  • Identify and analyze key trends within the life sciences industry, presenting insights to both prospective and existing clients.
  • Collaborate with sales, presales, marketing, and partnerships to elevate the visibility of Apps Associates within Oracle's sales and alliance networks, thereby increasing opportunity generation.
  • Assist in the development of new life sciences opportunities through presales activities.
  • Create industry-specific materials for use in sales, marketing, and presales initiatives.
  • Support thought leadership initiatives through marketing efforts and social media engagement relevant to the life sciences sector.
  • Assist delivery teams, including computer system validation, to ensure successful implementations for life sciences clients.
  • Engage in advisory projects for life sciences customers.
  • Collaborate with internal development teams to create and sustain life sciences industry solutions.
Educational Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree or higher in a relevant field.

Professional Experience:
  • At least 5 years of experience in the life sciences industry, either in a corporate or consulting capacity.
  • A minimum of 3 projects involving Oracle Cloud implementations.
  • Strong functional expertise in Oracle Cloud/EBS Applications.
  • Ability to operate as a Solutions Architect with Oracle Cloud, coordinating with other functional leaders to develop comprehensive integrated solutions across all Oracle domains.
  • Familiarity with life sciences industry business practices is preferred.
Essential Skills:
  • Capable of designing, developing, and maintaining project and business process documentation.
  • Adept at articulating and documenting relevant industry best practices and collaborating with the marketing team to create content for sales and marketing efforts.
  • Understanding of fundamental project management principles.
  • Project management capabilities are advantageous but not mandatory.
  • Ability to engage in presales activities.
