Job Description
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Associate Attorney to join our team at HARRELL LAW FIRM LLC. This is an exciting opportunity for a talented attorney to gain valuable experience in all aspects of personal injury practice, working alongside a top-tier Partner certified by the Supreme Court of New Jersey as a Civil Trial Attorney. The successful candidate will be responsible for drafting legal documents, including routine pleadings and motions, affidavits, and interrogatories, and filing motions and pleadings according to judicial procedures. They will also research and analyze statutes, regulations, legal articles, judicial decisions, and other legal sources; provide written analysis to attorneys. In addition, they will assist in discovery, including drafting interrogatories, obtaining documents, and attending depositions. The Associate Attorney will also have the opportunity to work with our PIP Department by preparing arbitration submissions and appearing for PIP Arbitration hearings. Key requirements include prior experience in personal injury litigation, excellent written and verbal communication skills, strong attention to detail and organizational skills, and the ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and Lexis is also essential. Experience with Case Management Software, particularly Filevine, is a plus.

Key Responsibilities
The successful candidate will be responsible for:
* Drafting legal documents, including routine pleadings and motions, affidavits, and interrogatories, and filing motions and pleadings according to judicial procedures;
* Researching and analyzing statutes, regulations, legal articles, judicial decisions, and other legal sources; providing written analysis to attorneys;
* Assisting in discovery, including drafting interrogatories, obtaining documents, and attending depositions;
* Working with our PIP Department by preparing arbitration submissions and appearing for PIP Arbitration hearings;
* Meeting with attorneys, clients, and other professionals to discuss assigned cases or projects;
* Monitoring and ensuring compliance with court deadlines, schedules, and procedural requirements;
* Providing general administrative support to the legal team;
