Job Summary

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Admissions Coordinator to join our team at On Demand / New Day Recovery LLC. The successful candidate will be responsible for coordinating the admissions process of clients to our inpatient detox program and facilities.

Key Responsibilities
  • Maintain admitting guidelines and ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.
  • Obtain and verify applicant information, including medical history and insurance details.
  • Screen applicants and evaluate their suitability for our program.
  • Coordinate the admissions process, including completing admission and financial responsibility forms.
  • Prepare and maintain accurate records and reports.
  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure a smooth transition for clients.
Requirements
  • High school degree or equivalent required.
  • Medical Assistant Certification preferred.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills.
Working Conditions

The Admissions Coordinator will work in a smoke-free office environment with extended periods of sitting. The ability to lift up to 25 pounds and perform job responsibilities in facilities with multiple levels is required.
