Job Summary

The Cypress of Charlotte is seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Housekeeping Associate to join our team. As a Housekeeping Associate, you will play a vital role in ensuring the cleanliness and comfort of our residents' living spaces.

Responsibilities

  • Perform daily cleaning services to residential rooms, including dusting, vacuuming, and sanitizing surfaces.
  • Conduct scheduled deep cleaning of rooms, including cleaning floors, walls, and windows.
  • Clean and maintain all bathrooms, including sinks, toilets, showers, and bathtubs.
  • Restock linens, towels, and other supplies as needed.
  • Participate in special projects and events as assigned by management.

Requirements

  • Ability to read, write, speak, and comprehend written and oral instructions in English.
  • Ability to frequently stand, stoop, bend, squat throughout a shift, and be able to stand/walk for up to 70% of the workday.
  • Ability to lift 30 pounds without assistance, and push/pull on a cart.
  • Age 16 or older.
