Join our team of dedicated Child Care Toddler Teachers at Bright Horizons Children's Centers, where you'll have the opportunity to make a real difference in the lives of young children. As a kindergarten prep teacher, you'll play a vital role in shaping the minds of our future generations.

We offer a competitive hourly rate of $18.75-$22.90 per hour, which is an estimate based on national averages for this position. The actual compensation may vary depending on your qualifications, experience, and location.

Your key responsibilities will include:

  • Curriculum Development: Create engaging and challenging lesson plans that cater to the diverse needs and interests of our children.
  • Relationship Building: Foster strong relationships with parents through regular communication and updates on their child's progress.
  • Classroom Organization: Maintain a clean, safe, and organized learning environment that supports children's development.

To succeed in this role, you'll need:

  • A minimum of 18 years of age and a high school diploma or equivalent.
  • CDA or higher level of education required.
  • At least six months of experience in child care, daycare, or preschool.
  • Demonstrated knowledge of developmentally appropriate practices (DAP).
