Grill Cook

We are seeking a skilled and passionate Grill Cook to join our culinary team. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of grilling techniques and a dedication to delivering consistently excellent food.

Responsibilities
  • Prepare and grill a variety of menu items according to established recipes and standards, ensuring proper portion sizes and presentation.
  • Maintain the cleanliness and functionality of the grill station and all associated equipment.
  • Adhere to strict food safety guidelines and ensure all dishes are cooked to the appropriate temperature.
  • Collaborate effectively with kitchen staff to maintain a smooth and efficient service flow.
  • Communicate clearly with front-of-house staff to address customer requests and dietary needs.
Qualifications
