**Maintenance Mechanic II Job Summary:**

We are seeking a highly skilled Maintenance Mechanic II to join our facilities team. The successful candidate will have a strong background in mechanical systems maintenance and repair, with experience working on a variety of equipment types.

**Responsibilities and Duties:**

  • Install, maintain, and repair equipment such as steam valves, steam traps, steam or water coils, radiators, water softeners, unit heaters, water heaters, condensate and circulating pumps.
  • Perform routine maintenance tasks, including inspections, cleaning, and lubrication of equipment.
  • Ensure all equipment is functioning properly and efficiently to maintain optimal facility operations.

**Requirements and Qualifications:**

  • 2+ years of experience in mechanical systems maintenance and repair.
  • Strong knowledge of plumbing, HVAC, and electrical systems.
  • Able to work at heights and in confined spaces.
  • Ability to lift 50 pounds and push/pull heavy equipment.
