Responsibilities
As a Regional Float Nurse, you will be responsible for assessing, planning, implementing, and evaluating nursing care to a designated group of healthcare consumers across the continuum. You will provide services that encompass the spiritual, physiological, social, and psychological aspects of care, prevention of disease, or conservation of health. Your role will contribute to the mission and core values of CHI Health, which include delivering compassionate care, advocating for those who are poor and vulnerable, and innovating how and where healing can happen.
Qualifications
We are offering a $20,000 Sign on Bonus and up to $10,000 in student loan repayment assistance to new hires who meet the following eligibility requirements:
- Graduate of an RN nursing program.
- Current Registered Nurse (RN) license that allows you to practice in our state.
- Graduate of an accredited nursing program.
- Active RN licensure in the state of Nebraska, Iowa, or nurse licensure compact.
- Basic life support is required upon hire.
- ACLS (Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support) certification required within 5 months of hire.
