Multisystemic Therapist

We are seeking a highly skilled and compassionate Multisystemic Therapist to join our team at True Team Medical. As a key member of our Dekalb County MST Team, you will work with youth and their families to address challenging behaviors and promote positive change.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct assessments of family strengths and needs
• Develop and implement treatment plans according to MST Standards
• Provide cognitive behavioral therapy, behavior modification, and family therapy modalities
• Empower parents and caregivers with skills and resources to address difficulties
• Work with youth to cope with family, peer, school, and neighborhood problems

Requirements:

• Professional license in LPC, LPC-A, LISW, LMSW, LMFT, or LMFT-A
• Experience working with youth and families in a community-based setting
• Ability to work a flexible schedule and provide on-call 24-hour coverage
