We are seeking a skilled Labor and Maintenance Technician to join our crew at The Agents Companies. This role involves assisting with various hands-on tasks at job sites, including digging, lifting, carrying materials, and following safety protocols.

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform general labor tasks such as excavation, material handling, and equipment operation.
• Load and unload materials and equipment as needed, maintaining a clean and organized job site.
• Contribute to ensuring a secure work environment by adhering to safety guidelines and protocols.

What We're Looking For:

• Physical ability to lift heavy objects and perform physically demanding tasks.
• Strong communication skills and a positive attitude when working collaboratively.
• Punctuality, reliability, and strong time management skills.
• A valid driver's license is required for certain tasks.
