Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly motivated and compassionate Registered Nurse to join our team at Fresenius Medical Center. As a Clinical Advancement Program Nurse, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality patient care and contributing to the growth and development of our team.

Key Responsibilities:

* Provide direct patient care, including assessment, planning, intervention, and evaluation for assigned patients.
* Collaborate with the Interdisciplinary Team to develop and implement individualized care plans.
* Participate in quality improvement activities to enhance patient care outcomes and facility operations.
* Maintain accurate and detailed patient records, including laboratory results and medication administration.

Requirements:

* Graduate of an accredited School of Nursing with a current state license.
* Minimum of 9 months experience as a Registered Nurse, preferably in nephrology nursing.
* Successful completion of FKC Education and Training requirements for new employees.
* CPR BLS Certification and ability to meet all conditions of employment, including Ishihara's Color Blindness Test.
