Nutrition Assistant - Evening Shift Position

**Job Summary**

We are seeking a skilled Nutrition Assistant to join our team in a part-time evening shift position. As a Nutrition Assistant, you will be responsible for preparing and serving meals to residents in our nursing center. Your duties will include maintaining a clean and attractive dining room, as well as ensuring the delivery of meals to residents.

**Responsibilities**

- Prepare and serve meals to residents in a timely and efficient manner
- Maintain a clean and attractive dining room, including tables, chairs, and floors
- Ensure the delivery of meals to residents, including tray service and food delivery
- Assist with food preparation, including chopping, slicing, and dicing
- Maintain accurate records of meal service and resident preferences

**Requirements**

- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Prior experience in a long-term care or skilled nursing facility preferred
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively
