Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct water damage assessments and develop restoration plans
  • Lead restoration teams to ensure timely and efficient project completion
  • Collaborate with clients to understand their needs and expectations
  • Develop and implement training programs for team members

Requirements:

  • Valid driver's license and clean driving record
  • Criminal background check
  • Drug test
  • Strong work history and excellent communication skills
