**Key Responsibilities:**
* Troubleshoot and resolve complex systems issues
* Support the planning, procurement, and implementation of new systems and technologies
* Monitor system performance and recommend upgrades and improvements

* Develop and maintain systems documentation and policies
**Requirements:**
* Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field
* 5+ years of experience in systems engineering or a related field
* Relevant certifications in infrastructure and systems management
* In-depth knowledge of hypervisors, server hardware, storage devices, and operating systems
* Experience with cloud technologies and enterprise identity management
* Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
