At Mission Hospital, we are seeking a skilled and compassionate Registered Nurse Surgery PRN to join our team. As a key member of our healthcare team, you will provide high-quality patient care and contribute to the delivery of exceptional patient experiences.
Responsibilities- Provide leadership and guidance to ensure the delivery of professional nursing care for the comfort and well-being of patients.
- Utilize the nursing process to assess, plan, implement, and evaluate patient care, delegating and supervising as needed.
- Implement medically prescribed interventions and provide education to patients and families.
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure seamless patient care and achieve optimal outcomes.
- Current licensure as a Registered Nurse with the North Carolina Board of Nursing.
- Bachelor of Science in Nursing or enrollment in a BSN or advanced degree program, with a BSN required within 5 years of hire date.
- One year of hospital nursing experience, with National Certification in a specialty area preferred.
