Position Details:
This role is hybrid, requiring regular travel to various job sites across South Florida, with occasional travel to projects outside the region as necessary.

Key Responsibilities
  • Familiarity with advanced building technologies and strategies pertaining to mechanical, electrical, and building automation systems.
  • A desire to develop within the building industry or environmental sciences.
  • Eagerness to learn and implement the Commissioning Process as outlined by ASHRAE Standards and Guidelines.
  • Willingness to review and analyze design and construction documentation.
  • Interest in equipment startup, Test & Balance, and Functional Testing.
  • Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and effective communication abilities.
  • Technical proficiency with software such as Adobe Acrobat/Bluebeam and Microsoft Office.
  • Ability to manage personal schedules and work remotely.
  • Willingness to learn about the Retro-Commissioning process for existing structures.
  • Interest in MEP/renewable energy design, evaluation, construction, building operations, testing, and verification.
Qualifications
  • A four-year degree in a related field, preferably in mechanical engineering.
  • 0-1 years of experience in construction, mechanical engineering, or electrical engineering.
