Your role will involve:

As a Customer Service Specialist, you will be instrumental in delivering exceptional service to our clientele while ensuring a clean, organized, and welcoming shopping environment. Your duties will encompass:

  1. Welcoming customers and addressing their inquiries
  2. Assisting customers in locating products and offering recommendations
  3. Exhibiting proficiency with computer systems and software
  4. Accurately processing transactions using our point-of-sale system
  5. Restocking shelves and maintaining visually appealing merchandise displays
  6. Ensuring cleanliness and orderliness throughout the store
  7. Fostering a positive team atmosphere by collaborating with colleagues and supporting company initiatives

Qualifications you should possess:

  1. Prior experience in retail or customer service is preferred but not mandatory
  2. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  3. Ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced setting
  4. Attention to detail with a commitment to outstanding service
  5. Willingness to work day shifts, weekends, and certain holidays as required. No Sundays.

Compensation: $13.00-$15.00/hour
