Job Summary

We are seeking a Certified Nursing Assistant to join our team at The Lodge at Brookline. As a CNA, you will provide routine daily nursing care and services to our residents, following their individual care plans and as directed by your supervisors.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide personal care to residents, including bathing, dressing, and grooming
  • Assist residents with daily activities, such as eating, walking, and using the bathroom
  • Monitor residents' health and report any changes or concerns to the Nurse Supervisor/Charge Nurse
  • Maintain a clean and safe environment for residents, including their rooms and common areas
  • Communicate effectively with residents, families, and healthcare team members
Requirements
  • Must be a licensed Certified Nursing Assistant in accordance with laws of this state
  • Must possess a 10th grade education
  • Must be able to read, write, speak, and understand the English language
  • Must demonstrate the knowledge and skills necessary to provide care appropriate to the age-related needs of the residents served
