We are seeking a skilled Licensed Practical Nurse to join our team at UNC Rockingham Health Care. As a Licensed Practical Nurse, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality patient care and contributing to the success of our Skilled Nursing Facility.
Responsibilities- Provide direct patient care under the supervision of a Registered Nurse, adhering to the LPN scope of practice.
- Develop and implement individualized care plans in collaboration with the interdisciplinary team.
- Monitor patient outcomes and report any abnormalities to the Assistant Clinical Manager/Supervisor.
- Administer medications according to established standards and policies.
- Document patient status according to unit-specific procedures.
- Maintain educational requirements as required by the Board of Nursing.
- Perform other duties as assigned, while maintaining the LPN scope of practice.
- Completion of an accredited practical nursing program.
- NC LPN License, BCLS.
- None required.
