Job Title: Dimensional Calibration Specialist

Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled Dimensional Calibration Specialist to join our team at The Tool & Gage House. As a key member of our calibration department, you will be responsible for calibrating dimensional and torque measuring instruments, developing calibration procedures, and maintaining a clean and safe work environment.

Responsibilities:

• Calibration: Calibrate dimensional and torque measuring instruments such as micrometers, calipers, torque wrenches, and gauges.
• Procedure Development: Develop, document, and maintain calibration procedures for new and existing equipment.
• Inspections and Testing: Perform routine inspections, testing, and adjustments as required.
• Work Environment: Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work environment in accordance with company standards.
• Collaboration: Collaborate with engineering and quality assurance teams to resolve calibration-related issues.

Requirements:

• Experience: Previous experience in calibration, preferably in a technical or manufacturing environment.
• Problem-Solving Skills: Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Calibration Experience: Calibration experience: 1 year (Preferred).

Preferred Skills:

• Calibration Software: Experience with calibration software such as GageTrak or Indysoft is a plus.
• Precision Measurement Tools: Familiarity with using precision measurement tools and equipment.

Work Environment and Benefits:

• Work Schedule: 8-hour shift, Monday to Friday, with occasional weekends as needed.
