Job Description:
As our Repair Technician, you will be responsible for providing top-notch maintenance and repair services on customer-owned instruments, as well as maintaining store-owned gear. You will work closely with customers to ensure a positive experience, and assist in developing business through great customer service and quality work.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Interact with customers to ensure a positive experience
  • Service customer-owned instruments with high-quality craftsmanship
  • Maintain store-owned gear
  • Complete warranty repair work

Requirements:
To succeed in this role, you should have a skilled understanding of repairing guitars and possess foundational product knowledge on Guitar Center products. Preference will be given to candidates with prior experience in the music industry or related fields.

Benefits:
Guitar Center offers a competitive hourly rate, ranging from $16.00 to $24.00 per hour, depending on experience.
