Key Responsibilities:

  • Administering respiratory therapy treatments and conducting thorough assessments to ensure optimal patient outcomes.
  • Collaborating with interdisciplinary teams to develop comprehensive patient care plans that address individual needs.
  • Monitoring patient progress, adjusting treatments as necessary, and providing timely interventions to optimize respiratory health.
  • Educating patients and their families on effective respiratory care techniques to promote self-management and independence.
  • Maintaining strict adherence to safety and regulatory standards to ensure a safe working environment.

Requirements:

  • Current RRT certification and state licensure are mandatory for this role.
  • Prior experience in respiratory care, preferably in a travel capacity, is highly desirable.
  • Demonstrated strong communication and interpersonal skills to effectively interact with patients, families, and healthcare teams.
