Job Summary:
We're seeking a skilled Registered Nurse to join our dynamic team. As a PRN Registered Nurse, you'll provide professional nursing care to patients within our state-of-the-art rehabilitation hospital. Your expertise will be essential in assessing, planning, and implementing care plans to prevent complications and restore optimal functioning.
Essential Functions:
- Implement identified care plans and contribute to the development, maintenance, and update of those plans
- Monitor, record, and report symptoms or changes in patients' conditions
- Coordinate and delegate care and treatments with the interdisciplinary team
- Provide timely and adequate supervision to LPNs/LVNs and Nursing Aides/Techs
- Identify patient and family learning needs and teach accordingly
Requirements:
- Successful completion of accredited Registered Nursing program required
- Bachelor of Science in Nursing degree preferred
- One (1) year recent experience preferred
- Current state license as a Registered Nurse required
- Current CPR Certification required
