As a skilled Cardiac Imaging Specialist, you will be responsible for performing echocardiograms using advanced ultrasound equipment. Your primary goal will be to ensure accurate imaging and timely results. You will work collaboratively with the diagnostic team to maintain an efficient workflow and provide exceptional patient care.
Key Responsibilities
• Perform echocardiograms using specialized ultrasound equipment to assess cardiac function and structure.
• Prepare patients for procedures, explain the process, and ensure patient comfort and safety during examinations.
• Operate and maintain ultrasound equipment, troubleshoot issues, and adhere to safety protocols.
• Collaborate with cardiologists and other healthcare professionals to interpret images and provide accurate diagnostic information.
• Document procedure details, maintain patient records, and ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.
Requirements
• RDCS certification
• BLS certification
• 2 years of recent experience as an Echo Tech
• Strong communication and adaptability skills
