Executive Chef

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Executive Chef to lead our culinary team to new heights. As a key member of our management team, you will be responsible for overseeing the development and implementation of our menu, ensuring exceptional quality and presentation of our dishes, and maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement menus that showcase our culinary expertise and meet the expectations of our discerning customers.
• Lead and motivate a team of skilled chefs and kitchen staff to achieve exceptional results.
• Ensure that all food safety and sanitation standards are met, and that our kitchen operations are efficient and well-organized.
• Collaborate with our purchasing team to source high-quality ingredients and manage our food costs.
• Stay up-to-date with the latest culinary trends and techniques, and implement new ideas and innovations in our kitchen.

Requirements:

• 3+ years of experience as an Executive Chef or in a similar leadership role.
• Proven track record of success in menu development, kitchen operations, and team leadership.
• Strong knowledge of food safety and sanitation principles, and ability to maintain a clean and safe kitchen environment.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with our management team, kitchen staff, and suppliers.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and make decisions quickly and effectively.
