Job Summary

We are looking for a dedicated and compassionate RN to provide high-quality patient care in our Maternal Newborn department. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 1 year of experience in the acute care setting and be licensed as a Registered Nurse in the State of Virginia or hold a privilege to practice in the State of Virginia under the Enhanced Nurse Licensure Compact (eNLC).

Responsibilities
  • Provide knowledgeable and caring clinical practice and care coordination through an understanding of patient, family, nurse, and healthcare delivery team.
  • Conduct all patient care in a patient and family-centered manner.
  • Communicate effectively and work cooperatively with others.
  • Serve as an empowering body to influence patient empowerment and successful outcomes of financial and clinical quality.
Requirements
  • A minimum of 1 year of Registered Nurse clinical experience in the acute care setting.
  • Currently licensed as a Registered Nurse in the State of Virginia or hold a privilege to practice in the State of Virginia under the Enhanced Nurse Licensure Compact (eNLC).
  • Basic Life Support (BLS) for Healthcare Provider certification from the American Heart Association required upon start.
