Lead Inpatient Rehabilitation Services Manager

Job Summary:
The Director Inpatient Rehab Services is responsible for the overall quality of patient care delivered in the area of responsibility. This role oversees the 24-hour functioning of the department and directs the development and evaluation of nursing staff.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement strategic plans to improve patient outcomes and satisfaction
- Directly supervise and mentor nursing staff to ensure exceptional patient care
- Analyze data through quality improvement processes and implement changes as needed
- Represent nursing interests to administration and communicate hospital performance feedback to departmental staff
- Participate in budget development and selection of nursing staff
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Nursing (BSN) or higher
- Current Arkansas licensure as a registered nurse
- Two to five years of clinical experience with expertise in clinical area
- Certification in specialty desirable
Compensation and Benefits:
This position offers a competitive salary range of $85,000 - $110,000 per year, depending on experience, plus benefits including medical, dental, and vision insurance, retirement plan, and paid time off.
Work Environment:
This role requires standing, walking, and lifting up to 50 pounds, with occasional exposure to malodorous and infectious body fluids. A significant amount of writing and computer entry is required.
