About the RoleThis part-time Registered Nurse position is available in our Women's and Children's Services department. You will be responsible for providing exceptional care to patients, collaborating with medical providers and the care team, and ensuring thorough and timely documentation of care administration.
Responsibilities- Assess patient condition during admission and each scheduled shift, promptly identifying and reporting any changes in patient status.
- Perform procedures, monitoring, or other functions as ordered by medical providers, and ensure thorough and timely documentation of care administration.
- Provide personalized, comprehensive, and compassionate care, following established nursing models such as "Assess, Perform, Teach, and Manage."
- Educate patients, families, and caregivers about the patient's medical condition, treatment plan, medications, possible side effects, and follow-up measures.
