Your Role:
The Pharmacy Operations Manager plays a pivotal role in ensuring the delivery of exceptional pharmaceutical care services. This position is instrumental in collaborating with both consumers and clinic partners, providing expert guidance on our services and benefits.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Foster strong relationships with consumers and clinic partners to effectively address their needs.
  • Serve as a clinical expert, collaborating with staff to achieve optimal clinical outcomes.
  • Provide counseling and education to patients regarding medication usage, potential side effects, and personal inquiries.
  • Ensure compliance with all state and federal regulations, maintaining high standards within the pharmacy.
  • Conduct wellness services, including immunizations and preventive care.
  • Oversee financial performance and identify growth opportunities within the pharmacy.
  • Motivate and develop pharmacy staff, promoting a culture of excellence and compassion.
  • Engage in workforce and business planning to achieve operational excellence.
  • Build relationships with community stakeholders to enhance pharmacy services.
  • Drive marketing initiatives to promote pharmacy offerings.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Pharmacy or PharmD.
  • Current pharmacist's license.
  • Certified immunizer or willingness to obtain certification.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Minimum of 2 years of leadership experience.
