Job Title: Licensed Practical Nurse

We are seeking a skilled and compassionate Licensed Practical Nurse to join our team at Parx Home Health Care. As a LPN, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality care to patients in their homes and communities.

Job Summary:

The successful candidate will be responsible for administering medications, treatments, and other medical care as prescribed by a physician. You will also monitor patient health status, document any changes in condition, and use clinical judgment to provide effective care to patients. Additionally, you will collaborate with other healthcare professionals to develop and implement care plans, educate patients and their families on proper care techniques and disease management, and maintain accurate and complete medical records.

Requirements:
  • Current LPN license in the state of Florida
  • At least 1 year of experience in home health care or a related field
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Strong clinical skills and sound judgment
  • Familiarity with EMR systems
  • Valid FL driver's license and reliable transportation (Auto Insurance must also be presented)
  • CPR certification required (Original Card)
  • Level 2 Criminal Background Check
