Job Summary

The Clinical Team Lead is responsible for overseeing the efficient delivery of patient care services and ensuring the effective functioning of the unit and Center. This role requires strong leadership and accountability skills, as well as the ability to assess, coordinate, and evaluate services to meet the highest care standards.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide direct leadership and guidance to employees on assigned shifts.
  • Participate in the assessment, coordination, and evaluation of services to ensure quality and excellence.
  • Adhere to hospital and departmental attendance and punctuality guidelines.
  • Maintain current knowledge in areas of responsibility through self-education and ongoing training.
  • Attend staff meetings and complete mandatory in-services and requirements on time.
Working Conditions

This role requires working in a well-lighted, air-conditioned area with moderate noise levels. May be exposed to high noise levels and bright lights. May be required to change tasks frequently without loss of efficiency or composure.

Qualifications
  • 2-year Associate Degree in Nursing (Required)
  • 4-year Bachelor's Degree (Preferred)
  • 3 years of Nursing experience (Required)
  • 2 years of Charge nurse experience in respective department/unit (Preferred)
Certifications and Licenses
  • Basic Life Support (BLS)
  • Registered Nurse (RN) with current Georgia license
Physical Requirements

This role requires near-normal vision, good manual dexterity, and the ability to perform repetitive tasks. May require standing, sitting, climbing, bending, and pushing/pulling objects.
