Key Responsibilities- Pre-Procedure Support
- Prepare patients for dental procedures by explaining the process and answering any questions they may have.
- Ensure patients are comfortable and relaxed throughout the procedure.
- Assisting the Dentist
- Provide support to the dentist during procedures, including handing instruments and maintaining a clean and organized workspace.
- Assist with taking and developing dental X-rays.
- Patient Records and Scheduling
- Manage patient records, including updating medical and dental histories.
- Help schedule next appointments and ensure patients are aware of their follow-up care.
- Instrument Sterilization and Maintenance
- Ensure all dental instruments and equipment are properly sterilized and maintained.
- Contribute to a clean and safe working environment.
- Education and Certifications
- DA license
- BLS Certification
- Skills and Abilities
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Competitive hourly wage - $24 to $30 per hour
