Chief Inspector

We're seeking a Chief Inspector to join our team, responsible for directing the activities of inspectors and ensuring that construction projects are completed to the highest standards. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of construction materials, methods, and processes, particularly in bridge and highway projects.

• Direct the activities of inspectors to ensure timely and accurate completion of projects
• Review project documents, including daily work reports, contract plans, and specifications
• Perform field inspections and identify discrepancies or conflicts in documents
• Collaborate with Resident Engineers and Project Managers to ensure project success
• Work flexible hours, including nights and weekends, as required

• NICET IV certification or equivalent
• 10 years of experience as a Coatings Inspector on multidisciplinary projects
• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
• Experience working on bridge and highway projects preferred
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Microsoft Project, and related software
