Job Title: RN - Infusion

Job Summary:

We are seeking a skilled and experienced RN - Infusion to lead the planning of care and implementation of the nursing process in our infusion nursing department.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Plan and implement unit scheduling, workflow, and assignments to ensure efficient and effective patient care.
  • Administer IV fluids via peripherally inserted central catheters and provide training and assistance to staff as needed.
  • Participate in Performance Improvement programs and contribute to the collection of data and implementation of improvement plans.
  • Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to promote and ensure continuity of patient care.
  • May make recommendations on policies and standards, and prepare reports as necessary.

Qualifications:

  • Graduate of an accredited school of registered nursing; BSN/MSN preferred.
  • Current state RN license and BLS certification required.
  • Minimum one-two years of direct patient care experience in infusion nursing.
  • Demonstrated ability to exhibit a high degree of professionalism and competency in their field.
