Job Description

The Retail Marketing Representative will be instrumental in developing and executing marketing plans that endorse our products and increase market share.

This role involves working closely with sales and other departments to ensure a cohesive and comprehensive approach to our market strategies.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and Execute Strategic Marketing Plans: Implement marketing strategies that extend product reach and fulfill company objectives.
  • Collaborate with Sales Teams: Work closely with sales teams to create promotional materials and marketing campaigns that align with market and sales dynamics.
  • Analyze Market Trends: Analyze market trends and sales data to adjust marketing strategies accordingly.
  • Maintain Knowledge: Maintain knowledge of marketing trends, developments, and best practices to ensure competitive readiness.
  • Participate in Product Development: Participate in product development and support the sales staff with expert knowledge of product offerings.
  • Coordinate with External Agencies: Coordinate with external agencies and vendors to ensure marketing efforts are cohesive and professionally managed.
  • Represent the Company: Attend trade shows, conferences, and other marketing events to represent the company and network with relevant industry professionals.

Requirements

  • Proven Experience: Proven experience as a Marketing Representative, preferably in the retail sector.
  • Strong Understanding: Strong understanding of traditional and digital marketing tools and techniques.
  • Excellent Communication Skills: Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Team-Oriented Environment: Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
