Job Overview

As an Aviation Fueling Specialist, you will play a crucial role in the operations of Atlantic Aviation, providing essential ground support services to our esteemed clientele. This position is ideal for individuals who thrive in dynamic environments and enjoy working outdoors alongside skilled aviation professionals.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage the delivery and receipt of fuel between company storage, vendor vehicles, and aircraft.
  • Utilize various ground support equipment, including lavatory service carts and ground power units, as required.
  • Execute ground marshalling duties, employing standard aviation signals for safe aircraft parking.
  • Engage in customer service activities, assisting clients with aircraft scheduling and fueling needs.
  • Support aircraft operations by facilitating loading and unloading processes.
  • Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work environment across all facilities.
  • Participate in regular safety inspections and audits of equipment and operational practices.

Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent certification.
  • Minimum age of 18 years.
  • Possession of a valid state driver's license.
  • Ability to work in a physically demanding environment, including frequent walking, bending, and lifting.
  • Capability to perform regular heavy lifting tasks, up to 50 lbs.
