Soar Autism Center is seeking a highly skilled and compassionate Behavioral Therapist to join our team. As a key member of our clinical staff, you will play a vital role in delivering high-quality Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) therapy to children with autism.
Key Responsibilities- Deliver ABA Therapy Sessions: Provide individualized therapy sessions to children aged 2-6, adhering to the principles of ABA and the Early Start Denver Model (ESDM).
- Implement Intervention Plans: Work closely with our Board Certified Behavior Analysts (BCBAs) to develop and implement intervention plans that align with ABA therapy principles.
- Family Support and Communication: Build strong relationships with families, providing regular updates on their child's progress and ensuring ongoing communication and support.
- Professional Development: Participate in ongoing training and professional development to stay current with advancements in ABA therapy and maintain certification as a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT).
- Education and Certification: Preferably enrolled in or completed a degree program in Child Development, Psychology, or a related field, with the ability to obtain and maintain RBT certification.
- Experience and Skills: Previous experience working with children, particularly those with autism, and a passion for helping them thrive. Strong teamwork skills and ability to collaborate effectively with colleagues.
- Competitive Compensation: Competitive hourly rate ranging from $20.50 to $26.00, with regular bonus and promotion opportunities.
