About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Cook III to join our culinary team at Hilton Hotels & Resorts. As a key member of our kitchen staff, you will be responsible for preparing and maintaining high-quality hot food items, ensuring exceptional service and financial profitability.

Key Responsibilities
  • Prepare and cook a variety of hot food items, including meats, vegetables, and starches, to meet the highest standards of quality and presentation.
  • Maintain a clean and organized kitchen environment, adhering to health and safety regulations and Hilton's high standards.
  • Monitor and control food costs, minimizing waste and optimizing inventory levels.

Requirements
  • 3+ years of experience as a Cook III in a high-volume hotel or restaurant environment.

  • Strong knowledge of food safety and sanitation procedures, with the ability to maintain a clean and organized kitchen environment.
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced kitchen environment, prioritizing tasks and managing multiple responsibilities.
