Job Description:

We are seeking a highly skilled HVAC Technician - Maintenance Specialist to join our team at TDAC Heating and Air Conditioning LLC.

About the Job:
  • This is a full-time position requiring excellent technical skills, strong communication abilities, and a commitment to delivering exceptional customer service.
  • The successful candidate will be responsible for installing, maintaining, and repairing heating, ventilation, and air conditioning systems in residential and commercial settings.
Key Responsibilities:
  1. Perform routine maintenance tasks on HVAC systems, including inspections, repairs, and replacements of parts and equipment.
  2. Diagnose and troubleshoot complex issues with heating and cooling systems, using advanced diagnostic tools and techniques.
  3. Install new HVAC systems, including ductwork, vents, and other components, ensuring accurate and efficient operation.
  4. Conduct site surveys and assess existing HVAC systems to determine optimal solutions for upgrades or replacements.
  5. Provide excellent customer service by communicating effectively with clients, answering questions, and addressing concerns in a professional manner.
  6. Maintain a clean and organized workspace, adhering to company safety standards and protocols.
  7. Stay up-to-date with industry developments, attending workshops and training sessions as necessary to enhance technical expertise.
Requirements:
  • High School Diploma or equivalent required; post-secondary education in HVAC technology or a related field preferred.
  • Minimum 3-5 years of experience in residential and commercial HVAC installation, maintenance, and repair.
  • Valid driver's license and a good driving record.
  • Must have a valid Social Security Card.
  • Certifications: TDLR state HVAC registration certification, EPA certification card, and NATE certification (desired).
  • Strong problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and ability to work independently and collaboratively as part of a team.
