Key Responsibilities:
  • Deliver direct nursing care in accordance with established policies and procedures.
  • Develop and oversee patient care plans.
  • Continuously monitor, document, and communicate patient conditions as necessary.
  • Act as the primary coordinator for all healthcare disciplines to ensure seamless patient care.
  • Execute and follow through on physician and nursing directives.
  • Evaluate and coordinate discharge planning needs with the healthcare team.

Qualifications:

Licensure / Certification:
  • Basic Life Support (BLS) certification required within one month of hire.
  • Registered Nurse license from the Florida Board of Nursing required prior to employment.
  • Multi-state license recognition (Compact State) must be obtained before hire.

Education:
Completion of a diploma program from an accredited nursing school or equivalent professional licensure at the time of hire.
