Job Responsibilities
  • Create and locate bidding opportunities to drive growth and revenue for the Mechanical division
  • Develop and prepare accurate mechanical cost estimates for projects
  • Collaborate with other divisions to develop project scope and estimates
  • Work directly with owners, general contractors, and engineers to deliver successful projects
  • Manage and oversee personnel in the field to ensure efficient project execution
Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • 10+ years of experience in estimating for HVAC, piping, heavy equipment installation, and process piping
  • Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office and Windows software
  • Excellent interpersonal and decision-making skills
  • Able to work effectively in a team environment or independently
  • Demonstrated ability to communicate effectively with people at all levels of the organization
Compensation and Benefits

We offer a competitive salary of $120,000 - $150,000 per year, depending on experience. Additionally, we provide:
