We are seeking a highly skilled Medical Assistant/CNA to join our Pediatric Neurology team at Revere Health. As a key member of our team, you will play a vital role in providing exceptional patient care and support to our patients and families.
Key Responsibilities:
- Facilitate quality patient care under the supervision of the provider.
- Verify patient information, reconcile medication lists, and review chart needs.
- Prepare patients for examination by performing preliminary physical tests.
- Secure patient information and maintain patient confidence by completing and safeguarding medical records.
- Triage phone messages from patients and communicate test and lab results to patients.
- Maintain a safe, secure, and healthy work environment by establishing and following standards and procedures.
Requirements:
- Completion of an accredited Medical Assistant Program or nursing assistant program.
- CPR certification (or completed within 4 months of hiring).
- Working knowledge of medical terminology.
- Ability to bend, reach, lift, pull, push, and/or carry up to 10 pounds regularly and up to 50 pounds occasionally.
- Ability to stand and sit for prolonged periods of time.
- Demonstrate excellent computer, telephone, and communication skills.
