Role Responsibilities:
- Conduct onboarding interviews with patients via phone or video conferencing.
- Educate patients about our pharmacy services.
- Gather detailed information regarding patients' medications, healthcare providers, and medical conditions.
- Accurately document patient information in our pharmacy management system.
- Coordinate medication regimens and arrange initial medication deliveries.
- Act as the primary contact for new patients until their first medication delivery is completed.
- Follow up with patients to address any outstanding inquiries.
- Perform delegated pharmacy technician tasks as directed by a supervising pharmacist.
- Collaborate with pharmacy technicians to ensure precise data entry and successful prescription transfers.
- Ensure that the onboarding process aligns with company standards and meets patient expectations.
- Advocate for ongoing enhancements in the onboarding process.

Requirements:
