Job Summary

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement high-quality educational programs that align with our philosophy and foundational beliefs.
  • Provide coaching, guidance, and support to teachers to enhance their instructional practices and promote child development.
  • Collaborate with teachers and other staff members to create a positive and inclusive learning environment.
  • Assess program and curriculum implementation, identifying areas for improvement and developing strategies to address them.
  • Stay up-to-date with best practices in early childhood education and share knowledge with colleagues to promote continuous improvement.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in early childhood education or a related field.
  • At least three years of teaching experience in a high-quality program, preferably in a NAEYC-accredited center.
  • At least three years of leadership, mentoring, or coaching experience.
